We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Marketing Intern to support our marketing operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of AI-based marketing tools, be active on social media, and know how to communicate and collaborate with influencers. This role is perfect for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, influencer coordination, and AI-driven marketing automation.


Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree/ BBA (ongoing or completed) major in Marketing, Business, Media, or Communication from reputed university.
  • Familiar with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, Notion AI, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.
  • Enthusiastic, creative, and eager to learn new marketing technologies.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for marketing.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing basics (SEO, social media ads, analytics).
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Support & Coordination
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Conduct research on market trends, audience insights, and competitor activities.
  • Help manage day-to-day marketing activities and ensure consistent brand communication.
2. AI Tools & Digital Automation
  • Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Notion AI, etc.) for creating marketing content, captions, and visuals.
  • Analyze campaign performance using AI-powered analytics dashboards.
  • Support the team in automating marketing workflows and reporting tasks.
3. Social Media & Influencer Communication
  • Identify and reach out to social media influencers relevant to our brand.
  • Assist in negotiation, collaboration, and campaign coordination with influencers.
  • Monitor influencer content performance and engagement metrics.
  • Maintain influencer database and communication records.
4. Content Creation & Management
  • Support in writing social media posts, blogs, and short video scripts.
  • Help design marketing visuals or short-form content using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express.
  • Schedule and manage social media posts on different platforms.
5. Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare short weekly reports on campaign reach, engagement, and influencer activity.
  • Assist in generating insights to improve marketing performance.
