We are looking for a proactive and performance-focused : Assistant Manager – Digital Media Buying who will lead strategy development, oversee end-to-end campaign execution, and optimize digital channels to accelerate sales growth and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

Skill & Experiences:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in the Marketing Agency/ E-commerce or a relevant field.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, SEO tools, and analytics.
  • Proven success managing high-budget, performance-driven campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong understanding of digital trends and consumer behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with sales and growth targets.
  • Manage full-funnel campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube,TikTok, Display, and Affiliates.
  • Implement and manage digital tools for accurate data and reporting.
  • Monitor, Analysis and optimize performance based on metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
